      What’s unique?

This course has been designed around the acute issues and needs we have seen in society over years through our interaction with adults, families, young people and women from a diverse range of groups and backgrounds.

We can see that increased austerity, financial hardship, social tension and stress has combined with environmental factors such as increased pollution, use of harmful chemicals in foods, limited access to nature and green spaces as well as a lack of education, and growing fear and judgement in society to have a detrimental effect on people. This in turn has affected how people eat and drink and also how our food and drink affects us.

Our course is unique because it is informative and practical – leaving you with a real sense of what to do next and how you can make sustainable change to your life and support others better in theirs. We combine cutting edge information, scientific research, resources and knowledge on therapies, products and support available and deliver it in an empowering, understandable and thought provoking way.

What’s the benefit for you or your organisation?

Many of us are in positions within our families, communities, businesses or organisations where we have a role to support not just ourselves but also other people.  Operating in an environment of growing pressures within society makes this increasingly challenging and often we have to deal with multiple other issues rather than just one or two. For example, your job may be to get people into employment and you support a person with developing professionals skills, but what about their motivation and focus? Getting a person who has been unemployed for a long time to find the courage, confidence, motivation and focus to go to training and apply for jobs can be challenging. Nutrition can have a real impact here.  This course has the potential to have a positive impact on all areas of life such as personal circumstances, individualism, competitiveness, job insecurity, unemployment, perceived negativity from others, mental and emotional health issues, health inequality, health conditions, crime and much more.  Our vision is to reduce unemployment, poverty, disease, health problems, addiction, emotional and spiritual health problems, social tension, workplace bullying, inequality and fragile relationships between different groups of people. We’re aiming for economic, environmental, social, emotional, health, spiritual and business prosperity.
